Headlining Cap City
The day after Valentine’s Day, bring your cold hearts to Cap City Comedy Club to see myself, Ashley Sharma and Mimi Meier bring you some cold blooded jokes (jk we’re all very nice). Tickets right here.

Closing out the decade at Cap City
That’s a dramatic way of saying I’ll be headlining Cap City Comedy Club Thursday, December 26 to Saturday December 28. One show Thursday, two shows Friday and Saturday. Doing shows at Cap is always fun and getting 5 shows to stretch out and get a little loopy is a real joy.
After a few toe-dips, I started doing stand-up regularly in 2009. What many people will refer to as the aughts or the 2010’s, true comedy nerds call “Mac’s decade of laffs”. Come close out “Mac’s decade of laffs” (true comedy heads never abbreviate or shorten it) along with a couple of my favorite people, the hilarious Enzo Priesnitz & Brett VerVoort. Tickets here.
Also, if you can guess what visually inspired the graphic above, you are the God Nerd and your ascension to the golden halls of Valhalla is assured.
Headlining Cap City… again!
Hey hey. I just got booked to headline Cap City again. I had an amazing time last show and I got a real good feeling about this one. Get tickets here to join Arielle Norman, Brian Gaar, Chris Tellez, Hunter Duncan and myself on Wednesday, December 6th. Thanks!
Headlining Cap City
I’m headlining Cap City on a Wednesday night, October 18th. It’ll be a lot of fun. I’ve been fixing up jokes plus I have this thing – I don’t want to spoil it – but it’s a lot of fun and I’m going to do it at this show. This is probably the last long set I do this year fwiw.
Here’s the rest of the line-up:
-your host Nick Saverino – love this dude’s energy. That makes it sound like I’m into crystals or something. Nah. Dude’s real funny.
-Amber Bixby. A dream. Always like doing shows with Amber. Plus I love dissing on other comedians with Amber. I’m a hater! Surprise!
-Christina Parrish. Whiz kid. Hustler. Dog lover. Very very funny.
-Danny Goodwin. Love watching this dude. He’s younger and WAY cooler than me which I find THREATENING.
-Pat Dean. Don’t know him. Never met him.
Get tickets here. Yes, that IS me in that photo. Isn’t that ironic? As a kid I dressed like a clown. Now as an adult, I’m Batman’s greatest nemesis.
A Cap City Christmas with Mac Blake
Cap City Comedy Club asked me to do some shows the week before Christmas. I’ve put together four fun nights of A Cap City Christmas. I’m structuring it like an old TV special, except I’ll try to sing as little as possible. We will have stand-up from some of my favorite performers in Austin, a little music, and some surprise bits. I think these shows will be pretty special so if you’re in town, come on out. Check out the line-ups for each night and then get yourself some tickets.
